A&R Producer, Programming — Robot Heart Foundation 501(c)(3)

Scout and maintain artist relationships, evaluate DJ mixes, master for release. Operating year-round to produce 90+ hours of programming at Burning Man. Doubled brand presence since initial involvement — +12K on YouTube, and +40K on Instagram. Selected and managed 2025's Saturday evening headliner.
Robot Heart Residencies — Oakland, CA

Month-long popup residency for musical acts, art installations, & outreach workshops. Strong community response led to a second, expanded iteration.
A&R & Event Coordinator — MELT Collective / Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Budget and produce 50+ multi-genre, live audio-visual events to date, for up to 700 attendees at a time. Negotiate and coordinate programming for label releases, art shows, and live events in Los Angeles. Identify breakout performers, develop label collaborations, maintain artist relationships. Connect and book artists for MELT events in LA & Detroit.
Freelance — Audio Engineer
2022 – Ongoing
Mixing, mastering, and tuning sound systems. Consultant on releases for labels such as Pacific Coast House, Clover Club Records, as well as artists in Europe and Latin America. Conducted field-testing and reports for Cometa Sound's prototype M2 rotary mixer. Executed 100+ events since 2022.
Independent — Catalog Curator & DJ
2016 – Ongoing
Programmer and curator specialized in contemporary dance music, rare MPB, and physical media. Studied music licensing workflow, cleared and submitted for student films. Showcased as AgoraDJ at Soho Warehouse, and at select label events. Recent vinyl-only sets at Melt DTLA, CDMX Art Week, and D-Edge, Sao Paulo.

Increased quarterly revenue by 12% through stock curation and market analysis. Built and maintained relationships with artists, manufacturers, distributors, and promoter networks. Gabe is a filmmaker and Director of Photography based in Southern California. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, he grew up across Bogota, Buenos Aires, and Sao Paulo before completing his education in Los Angeles.
He holds a BFA in Cine from Chapman University, with a minor in Design & Fabrication. Currently, Gabriel is co-directing and serving as Director of Photography on Carnival Cosmology â a documentary about the San Francisco Cacophony Society, produced alongside Mia since November 2023.
